With SimpleTasks you can schedule your tasks quickly and easily. Just write a short note for each task and add a date or time to remind you if needed. When the time is up, a notification will appear on your screen and the task will be highlighted in red and placed at the top of the list. You can customize the notes at any time and all your tasks will be readable and stored only on your system.

Expired Tasks

Never forget important tasks again. Expired tasks will be packed to the top of the list and highlighted in red, so they will catch your eye right away. Moreover, they will attract attention as a notification on the system, even if the program is not open in the foreground.

The program must be minimized at least in the tray bar to receive notifications.
